Granola, anyone?
This is one of my favorite granola. Love it, it's so easy to make and it's full of goodies! Knowing what I fuel my body with is one of my keys to a healthy lifestyle. And all the "healthy" granola at the store... well, it's not exactly healthy. So many processed ingredients inside of them, and either filled with sugar or sugar-alternatives which could potentially be even worse then sugar... Are you aware of how you fuel your body?
This is super ease to make. It's nice to use with smoothies, chiapudding, yoghurt, oatmilk, or just as a snack. It's also so nice having as presents. Have it in glass jar and with a homemade tag.
- 2 cups gluten free oats
- 1 cup walnuts (or almonds)
- 1 cup flax seed
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup coconut shred
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 4 ts sukrin gold
- 4 ts Ceylon cinnamon
- 6 tbs coconut oil
- 1 cup alkaline water
- A drizzle of Himalayan salt
- You can also add a bit of Molkosan. This will help you digest the grains better,
Mix everything dry together on a baking pan. Pour the water evenly over, and then place dashes of coconut oil on top.
Place it in the middle of the oven.
I use 190°C with hot air.
Cook it with time intervals on 10 minutes, and stir everything so it's cooked evenly. Make sure it doesn't get burned... When it has the amount of cooking as you like (maybe 40min in total), take it out an let it cool.
Enjoy 💕
