Healthy & delicious smoothies & juice`s

Updated: Sep 29, 2020

These are some of my go-to smoothies and juices, and I`m so excited to share them with you. They have served me well, and are delicious, well-combined and amazingly high in nutrients.

Mixing together a smoothie or juice can be one of the best and fastest ways of getting so

much good fuel within one glass. Amazing, right?! We want however to be sure not to spike our blood sugar, which means balancing the combination not to have too much sugary fruit.

Another thing is to not have the same every day, so have at least 3 days in between

whatever you consume. Even if it`s healthy, consuming something every day will in the long term not benefit you. More on that in another post.

All these smoothies are high in nutrients, yummy and simple to make.

As they are thick in consistency they can be served alone, or with some delicious

homemade granola.

- Rinse the ingredients.

- Peel away the skin which can`t be consumed.

- Cut everything in small pieces.

- Get it in the blender.

- Blend.

- Enjoy!

Mango Joy

1 can coconut milk

Mix together and let it sit for 1 hour or over night before consuming to allow the chia seeds to expand. Then add;

1 fresh mango, or frozen mango for a feeling of sorbet

1 tbs maca

1 tbs raw honey or agave

½ lime

Orange delight

1 big avocado

2 bananas

1 orange

½ lime

1 handful spinach

1 tbs maca

1 krm Himalayan salt

0,5 dl filter, alkaline water

JUICE`S:

“A juice a day keeps the doctor away”

That was the saying, right?

To liquify amazing ingredients into a juice is an amazing source to nutrition and super good for you.

Grab your juicer and prep your veggies.

- Wash

- Peel

- Cut

If you are using a centrifugal juicer it`s important to know you need to drink the juice fresh. So don`t make extra`s to save for several hours. The bright side of this juicer is that it`s fast to juice, fast to rinse and just super easy to use. The pulp is also amazing to use as it still remains nutrients.

The pulp can be used to make small burgers or pancakes. Just add some “flaxseed eggs”, spices wanted, and fry on your pan with butter

or coconut oil. The best option for getting the most nutrients out in your juice from the ingredients will be to use a slow juicer. This method of juicing will in a smooth way squeeze everything out, and it will also with this be perfectly fine to make juice to store for at least one day. Just stir it, and your all good.
