A healthy, easy dessert. What more do you need? Maybe a splash of vanilla sauce...
This is such a tasty treat, and it`s so easy to make. Give it a try!
Ingredients:
4 dl of high fat coconut milk
4 tbs chia seeds
1 tsp coconut sugar, maple syrup or honey
2 tbs raw cacao
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
optional - 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon.
How to:
Mix it all the ingredients in a bowl, and whisk it until everything is blended. Easy peasy!
Pour it over on a jar, or in a serving bowl.
For best result - leave it in the fridge for 6 - 8 hours. If you need a faster version - you can leave it on the counter at room temperature for 2 hours. Either way, we want the chia seeds to expand to give us a nice, thick, and fluffy feeling.
ps: If you leave it in the fridge the texture will be more solid, while if it stays on your counter it stays more liquid. So do what you prefer.
This is so good and can be enjoyed as a protein-filled breakfast, as dessert, as a post-workout snack, or even as a treat for your kids.
