Warm soup on a cold day...
This soup is immune boosting,and packed with goodies.
Ingredients
⭐1/2 onion
⭐2 garlic cloves
⭐Some. Coconut oil to fry it
⭐1 stem with leaves of parsley.
⭐1/2 of a broccoli
⭐Squeeze of 1/2 a lemon
⭐Spices: Himalayan salt, black pepper, turmeric, cumin, coriander. Would also recommend a hint of cardemom.
⭐2 tbs oat cream
Cover with boiled water. And let cook until you can stick a fork through the broccoli stem. Then you use a handblender and mix it smooth and evenly.
I also then add a 2 tbs of oat cream.
After a warm soup it's also super nice to stock up with some raw veggies. Today I used spinach, carrot, alfalfa, and some leek.
